Thus, the copyrights in such works belong to Plenty Pension from their creation, and we are deemed the exclusive owner with the right to exploit the results and proceeds in all media throughout the universe, perpetually, in all languages.

If any results and proceeds from your submissions are not considered "works made for hire" under the Copyright Act, you hereby assign all proprietary rights, including copyrights and trademarks, to Plenty Pension without additional compensation. We are granted the right to use and display any user contributions but are not obligated to do so.

If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Plenty Pension infringe your copyright, you, or your agent may send to Plenty Pension a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be blocked. Any notification by a copyright owner or a person authorised to act on its behalf that fails to comply with requirements of the DMCA shall not be considered sufficient notice and shall not be deemed to confer upon Plenty Pension actual knowledge of facts or circumstances from which infringing material or acts are evident. SECTION 14: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute is subject to binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, EEA Countries, or the United States of America. If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
